Lisa Smith, Fairfax Associates
Lisa advises firms both in the US and globally on strategy, merger, governance and management and partnership issues. Lisa has worked with many firms on partner performance and compensation, alignment of compensation metrics, and compensation of law firm leaders.
Kristin Stark, Fairfax Associates
Kristin advises firms on strategy development and implementation, organizational structure, financial management, and partner compensation. Kristin has experience implementing significant compensation system changes and serves on partner Compensation Committees for several clients.
William Johnston, Fairfax Associates (affiliated partner)
Bill assists law firms on strategic, financial, organizational and leadership issues. Earlier in his career, Bill was Director of Strategic Planning at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and a Vice President of Hildebrandt International.
Phil Suse, Baker McKenzie
Phil served as the Managing Partner of Baker’s North America region as well as on the Global Executive Committee and lead the integration of the firm’s governance and compensation systems in North America. He headed the M&A practice in North America and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Phil Appenzeller, Jr., Munsch Hardt
Phil is the Chief Executive Officer of Munsch Hardt and serves as a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors, as well as the Compensation, Operations and Diversity Committees. He previously served as the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer and Section Head of the Litigation Practice group
Casey Ryan, Reed Smith
Casey serves as the Global Head of Legal Personnel and a member of Reed Smith’s Senior Management Team. She is a labor & employment attorney based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.
Judith Reich, Drinker Biddle
Judy is the Executive Partner responsible for the firm’s business and regulatory practices and a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team. She is a corporate finance and bankruptcy partner based in the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Program Fee: $995 per attendee
10% discount applied for registration paid before September 1, 2018

Program fee includes program attendance, all program materials, breakfast, lunch and beverage breaks.

Cancellations are accepted and fees will be refunded if notice is received by September 1. All fees must be paid before September 27. Substitutions are welcome.

If for any reasons the workshop is cancelled a full refund of fees will be made but Fairfax Associates will not be responsible for travel, hotel or other costs incurred by recipients.
